At Tic:Toc credit assessors and home loan specialists work together to ensure the best customer experience and leverage the growth opportunities that working together and building good bonds creates. 

 

Not just number crunches, you will be involved in all facets of the operations team from assisting customers with their home loan product queries and application assessment, through to testing the platform and policies as part of a team that is continuously improving. 

 

This role offers a unique opportunity for passionate credit experts who are looking for a new challenge.  Whilst the core requirement of your role is that you will be responsible for assessing residential mortgage applications and making sound credit decisions in accordance with our policy guidelines, this is done in a whole new way and with this role comes the opportunity to help shape how the operations team functions both today and in the future. 

 

We would like to meet with people with a range of levels of experience in credit assessment.

To be considered for this position, you will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or be willing to obtain one);
  • Have a minimum 2+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending;
  • Knowledge of all relevant regulatory requirements;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Dedicated team player with a positive attitude;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new practices and procedures;
  • Relish the challenge of using technology can be used to disrupt existing business practices;
